Hello and thank you for visiting our page!! A few things to know- Magnolia Hair & Co. is the hair side of the business at FaceFrame Collective. This means this is the link to book with any hair stylists as well as our nail tech. We do also have another half to the business - Lemon Lash Academy - and the lash techs have their own booking link which can be found through our main website or social media pages! We are located at 437 north street and do offer parking around the corner on linden street, across from the laundromat! For bookings, please check our online availability. If you’re unsure what to look for either book a client consult or send your stylist a direct message. Appointments need to be confirmed by the stylist before they are officially in place. When reaching out, if you know your stylists number or social media please reach out to them directly. We do not have a voicemail set up on the FaceFrame land line as we do not have a receptionist. This helps streamline requests! If you’re a new client feel free to reach out anyway you’d like and give us as much info as possible on what you’re looking to have done, your service history and availability so we can filter you to the best person to fit your needs and schedule! Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service. Any no shows or cancellations within the 24 hour window may be subject to a 100% of service cancellation fee.
